We power through intense strategy sessions, pool our collective brainpower to conceptualize innovative solutions, support each other when it’s crunch time, and come back the next day to do it all over again.
Anuradha Thota
Chief Executive Officer
Anuradha Thota is the founder & CEO of Blackbuck Engineers Pvt Ltd, a campus success platform.
Her belief is that you don't have to be an IIT / ISB graduate to obtain a high-paying job.
With that principle in mind, she laid the backdrop for TaPTaP, an AI Tool with a mission to provide world-class learning and eminent
opportunities to all the students - no matter where they are.
Anuradha worked in organisations like Microsoft, Wipro and Satyam in USA, UK and Germany in complex, multi-vendor, multi-million projects. After working for 10 years she realised that her heart and mind belongs in India and shifted back to start off her entrepreneurial venture. She started off as a 1-member team in 2013. Today Blackbucks is an international organisation with more than 50 centers in AI, 70+ employees and around 30000 students benefitting every year.
Anuradha is an ISB Graduate, President of WICCI, AI for AP and Telangana. She is a key member in the Police Technology Mission under Amit Shah and represents Andhra Pradesh.
