We are currently seeking a customer-centric, energetic, and highly-motivated individual to join our Customer Success Team. The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships within assigned accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and recognition of ROI, leading to strong renewals and growth opportunities. The CSM works closely with our customers alongside Sales, Customer Support, and Product Management and Finance teams to ensure our services are delivered successfully.
Qualification: BBA/ MA /B.ED
Experience: Freshers or 1 - 2 years of relavant work
Requirement: Immediate (within 15 days)
Mode:Full-time work from office
Location:Jubliee Hills, Hyderabad
Salary: INR 3 - 4 LPA
Responsibilities
Comfortable at engaging customers and establishing superior relationships on behalf of Blackbucks.
Design strategy for the assigned customer account based on available information about timelines and technology and training needs.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Liaise with Director Sales in executing sales strategy and calendar for the account you are heading
Identify key players and decision makers and network accordingly.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
Requirements
MBA final year or less than 1 year of experience.
Strong phone presence and experience making calls
Impressive personality and a flair for customer engagement.
Proficient with web presentation tools.
Strong listening and presentation skills.
