Responsibilities

• Acting as a single point of contact for our social network platform development vendor, and coordinating with them for delivery of the product

• Developing a system for world-class education and coordinating with the faculty

• Setting objectives

• Monitoring the quality of classes and Gathering feedback from students

• Working closely with the management team and faculty to identify issues students are having and developing appropriate solutions

• Coming up with ideas to develop a world-class system

• Planning the yearly/monthly calendar of activities and courses

• Working on faculty coordination

• Moderating sessions, solving faculty's and students' queries, and conducting quizzes

• Assisting the faculty for evaluation

• Monitoring results and issuing certificates

• Assisting with classroom instruction and providing support and guidance to students

• Managing communication to students related to the classes

• Promoting our courses and webinars to the students, explaining the importance and benefits of the course

• Writing impressive mailers and WhatsApp messages

• Being active on the social networks and choosing speakers for webinars and convincing them to speak to the students

• Supervising students during the non-classroom time and arranging hackathons

• Coming up with interesting features and managing product features
