Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with technology and operations team to track end-end process of student activities (courses, projects, jobs, engagement activities, etc)

• Monitor product features and track analytics on web/mobile app and identify any trending activities which can be implemented on social network platform

• Work on a project management tool to track and update all activities happening across sales, operations, product, technology and management team

• Track client requirements along with knowledge transfer progress from clients to internal team and update on delivery schedule

• Determine entire workflow in the organisation (across departments) and streamline / automate the process when required

• Identify unused product features and suggest modes of improvement using product analytics

• Identify new vendors, clients or trainees who can teach on our platform and setup a meeting with management team to negotiate a deal with them

• Reporting directly to the Director and CEO by creating weekly presentations with project insights, workflow and analytics
