The role needs the incumbent to plan and organise promotional and social events, games, quizzes, competitions, conferences, seminars and hackathons.

Responsibilities

• Understand the big picture, student tastes, habits, timings and interests. Brainstorm and conceptualize impactful events.

• Be incharge of the strategy and execution of event communications online and offline, before, during, and after the event.

• Do extensive promotion to students.

• Assist senior management with data and help track performance on outreach.

• Use online event management software.
