Description

As a Sales Director, you will define and implement the growth strategy. Reporting into the CEO, you will have to develop and lead a sales team that is dedicated to expanding our footprint. You will work with tier-1 and tier-2 colleges, educational institutions and government agencies to help them see the benefits of our products.


Responsibilities
  • Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting. Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.

  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development

  • Evangelize the product and personally close large deals

  • Build and lead an outstanding commercial sales team with entrepreneurial and strategic skills.

  • Establish and expand relationships with large customers and business partners, delivering innovative solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to the customer.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution

  • 10 yrs of field sales experience in tech. Preferably, #edutech

  • 5 yrs of experience in handling high-growth phase of tech-based organizations
