Description
As a Sales Director, you will define and implement the growth strategy. Reporting into the CEO, you will have to develop and lead a sales team that is dedicated to expanding our footprint. You will work with tier-1 and tier-2 colleges, educational institutions and government agencies to help them see the benefits of our products.
Responsibilities
Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting. Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
Evangelize the product and personally close large deals
Build and lead an outstanding commercial sales team with entrepreneurial and strategic skills.
Establish and expand relationships with large customers and business partners, delivering innovative solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to the customer.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution
10 yrs of field sales experience in tech. Preferably, #edutech
5 yrs of experience in handling high-growth phase of tech-based organizations
