Anuradha Thota is the founder & CEO of Blackbuck Engineers Pvt Ltd, a campus success platform. Her belief is that you don't have to be an IIT / ISB graduate to obtain a high-paying job. With that principle in mind, she laid the backdrop for TaPTaP, an AI Tool with a mission to provide world-class learning and eminent opportunities to all the students - no matter where they are.

Anuradha worked in organisations like Microsoft, Wipro and Satyam in USA, UK and Germany in complex, multi-vendor, multi-million projects. After working for 10 years she realised that her heart and mind belongs in India and shifted back to start off her entrepreneurial venture. She started off as a 1-member team in 2013. Today Blackbucks is an international organisation with more than 50 centers in AI, 70+ employees and around 30000 students benefitting every year.

Anuradha is an ISB Graduate, President of WICCI, AI for AP and Telangana. She is a key member in the Police Technology Mission under Amit Shah and represents Andhra Pradesh.
